Skills of Instructional Designer

I found this matching game about skills of instructional designers, thanks to Christy Tucker for her bookmarks.

The game has been designed by Dr. Tony Betrus of Potsdam, The State University of New York (SUNY), and programmed in Flash by Ryan Wassink. The game introduces you not to the technical skills but how an instructional designer is a Problem solver, Artist, Performer, Counselor, and a User. Very interesting perspectives on what an instructional designer should be.

Manish - I tried playing the game but somehow it doesn't work. Doesn't allow me to submit the answer once I have selected all choices..?

Hi Sonali

Once you have placed the choices in appropriate boxes, the Check Answers options becomes active in the left most panel, below the title of the game. After you click Check Answers and the game finishes displaying correct and incorrect score (+1 or -1), click Deal Cards to display the next set of options.
